No, you can book on the web at gopriv.com or in the Priv app. The app simply makes it easier to message your pro, share inspiration photos, and manage appointments on the go.

How do I choose my pro?
After selecting a service, Priv will pair you with the right pro for your service and city. Depending on your location, you may also browse profiles and select from our roster of top-rated professionals.
Is there a discount for first-time clients?
